This work I and we do is of the Earth and Spirit. Here I first pay my respects and acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land in which I live, the Yuggera/Jagera and Turrbal people (Meanjin/ Brisbane). I feel and honour the supreme wisdom, interconnectedness and relationship with the land they hold. From the mountains to sea, the land rejoices that you tend and listen to Her, and I express my gratitude for the ancestors, elders and emerging leaders that continue to foster this relationship. I am in awe of the knowledge and wisdom you carry from listening and communing.

And that when you do so, you then support Mother Earth’s own transformation, acceleration and healing.

A Bit on Me

it creates a deep peace within to feel and see that Connecting with our local lands and plants often provides us with all the medicine we need. It’s also infinitely more profound, as you can actually sit and commune with the plants that surround you, experience them beyond what you would in a pill or formula.

Many of these reasons lead me to preference working with plants intuitively and energetically more often than not now, or at least asking them how they’d liked to be used! In addition, I see so many of my patients' problems stemming from emotional or energetic causes, which the Plant Spirits are perfect to meet and assist with.

Today and always I continue to work with nature and Plant Spirits for any new venture I wish to birth, wound I wish to transmute, or energy I wish to further expand. 

They are always there for us. Ever benevolent. Waiting to enter a relationship of reciprocity. 

Whether the transmission itself is subtle or loud, it is always powerful and potent work. A Plants teaching settles into your being, and makes its home amongst your cells. It's beautiful to witness.

  • This helps us highlight what you wish to focus on during your sessions, and also makes a declaration into the world what you desire to receive healing or wisdom about. 

  • Know and feel that as soon as you commit to your Plant Spirit journey, the energies will start to work with and on you! Heighten your observations and journal often during this time before your first session. 

• Expand & Surrender Meditation Kit and Earth Expansion Meditation (value $60)

  • This Plant Spirit journey provides perfect wisdom matched to where you’re at, however, it is always ideal for you to be able to sink into presence and create space for the rhythms of Earth to communicate with you. 

  • These meditations are provided for you to complete in the lead up to, in between and beyond our time together, facilitating you connecting with the Earth and unraveling your nervous system.

• 1 x 1-1.5hr Plant Spirit Sessions - conducted online or in-person (if Brisbane based) (value $300) 

  • These normally involve us coming together and bringing an issue ‘online’ by discussing it. I also tap in intuitively to ensure we are working toward the highest truth or core wounding in our session. 

  • We then ground our energy with the Earth, expand our energies into the Universe, and then ask what Plant wishes to come forth. 

  • I relay what transmissions I ‘see’, and ask you to tune in, receive, obverse and embody what is landing. 

  • I bring my full toolkit of medical intuition, herbalism, emotional embodiment and naturopathy to these sessions - they are 100% tailored to you. 

  • Any specific notes or ‘homework’ delivered to you by me or the Plants will be typed up and delivered to you post session/s.
