As a part of being wonderfully human, we each hold unexpressed wounds, traumas and conditionings within our energy and body, which settle over us like a net, stitching themselves into our being. Here they impact the health of our bodies and convince our mind and emotions of their truth.
This stitching separates us from who we truly are, and instead begins to tell us that we aren’t able to access enoughness, worthiness, love, rest, flow, ease and health.
Certain wounds or conditionings have an energetic resonance with certain areas of our lives or body, and can create blocks or dysfunction there.
By focusing on this area of your life or health that you long for freedom and ease in, we can begin to explore what needs to be released, emotionally or physically, so you can lift that net, undo those stitches, and step closer to knowing who you truly are.
I provide intuitive insight into where your blocks are physically or energetically, help you bring presence to them, and then receive the guidance as to what we must do to release them to elevate your energy.
My intuitive naturopathy offerings are a combination of my training in health science, naturopathy, intuition and embodiment.
Not designed to be passive sessions where we stay in the mind and think our way to solutions, instead:
I start by using my health science and naturopathic training to assess and understand what is occurring in your body to create imbalance or disease,
We then journey into your body and energy together,
I provide intuitive insight into what blocks or wounds are contributing your presentation, and facilitate you to do the same, and
I create and hold the space for you to release these blocks, be it through energetic processes, embodying unexpressed emotions, or prescribing physical remedies or rituals.
A simple prescription is then normally created using the information gleaned from our session and your health goals.
In a sentence, my intuitive naturopathy offering exists to release what is stuck, so you can move that next layer deeper toward being your truest, most vibrant self.
Beyond the wounds, stories and illness, there is you. And who you truly are is powerful, magnificent, energetic and healthy.
This work is deeply transformative, and calls people who are ready to move layers of ‘stuckness’ through their body, feel what longs to be expressed, and then experience the embodied joy, transformation and healing that awaits on the other side!
My true passion is working with people to unearth the mental, emotional or physical causes of their health conditions, some examples include (but aren’t limited too):

Naturopathic consult - taking your case, gathering information on your health history, presenting issue and related systems.
Pre-intuitive ritual to connect with the Earth and your Soul so we are grounded and resourced with energy and insights.
Guiding you into presence with your body so she can speak to you and us about what she is holding on to or where dysfunction is occurring.
Medical intuitive reading of your energy and body to understand what parts of your being are needing care.
Prescription of any supplements, herbal medicines or plant vibrational essences as communicated by your body. (above total $350 value)
