The work we’ll do together isn’t your average naturopathic appointment. It traverses whole new heights and depths - illuminating the mental, emotional, energetic and physical causes of your presentation.

We’re going to really explore all that is standing in the way of your goals and desires, and together we’ll shift any emotions, thought patterns and physical imbalances that are in opposition to those desires becoming your daily reality.

Due to the depth and breadth of these transformations, I work with women via packages.

This allows both of us to approach our sessions together with reverence, and an understanding that true, embodied, lasting, life-changing results (which we all wish for!) come from making the commitment and allowing things to unfold and manifest over time.

I do, however, invite you to book via two different options:

ONE: Book a single Awakening Session (2hrs) to allow us to first meet, connect and unpack what is occurring within you. Clients often do this to get a taste for how working together would look like, and/or to help decide what package to commence with. The exchange for this session will then be deducted from any package.

TWO: Book directly in for a package if you’ve already got that clarity or nudging intuitive hit as to what level of care your body and energy is asking for. I applaud your panache and commitment!

Awakening Session - 2hrs

For deep knowledge into the imbalances occurring within your body, and laser insight into your initial steps to remedying them.

These sessions are normally a fusion of:

  • Naturopathic consult - taking your case, gathering information on your health history and different symptoms and systems if your body.

  • Guiding you into presence with your body so she can speak to you and us about what she is holding on to or where dysfunction is occurring.

  • Energetic and intuitive reading of your energy to understand what parts of your being are needing care.

  • Connecting with any plant spirits that wish to come and offer their insights or healing.

  • Prescribing or formulating any initial supplements, herbal medicines or plant vibrational essences required. (total $250 value)

  • This session also includes a written treatment plan sent to you via email after our session, which includes any rituals, practices or dietary/lifestyle adjustments prescribed to you. ($100 value)
